The San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency is a State Water Contractor responsible for operating and maintaining the State Water Project. Our mission is to import supplemental water, protect and enhance local water supplies for use by present and future water users, and sell imported water to local water districts located within the Agency’s boundaries.
