Pass Physical Therapy

PASS PT specializes in helping patients get the results that they want. We give comprehensive and personalized care. PASS PT has been providing quality service to the community since 1997. Our staff has helped many community members achieve their goals. We provide a friendly stress-reduced environment where patients are treated by a licensed physical therapist each visit. All patients will receive thorough evaluation and treatment with an emphasis on education on how to manage each patient’s condition independently.
