The natural beauty and history of Highland Springs Ranch and Inn is ever more readily available to visitors through the various events we host throughout the year. The ranch focuses on organic farming and the message of health continues to this day. Our major events begin with the Sourdough Festival in February, the Sheep Shearing event in March, the Lavender Festival from mid-May through the end of July, Lavender Market Nights in September and October, and Christmas Nights at 123 Farm from November through mid-January.
